Dr. Troy Springer hails from Harrisburg, PA. He followed family tradition by attending Goshen College, where he played basketball for the Maple Leafs, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and met his future wife, Catie. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honors Society. After graduation, Dr. Springer returned to Indiana in 2009 and has been practicing dentistry in Northern Indiana ever since. His training has allowed him to provide patients with all aspects of dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implants, and surgery. Even though he is well-versed in these fields, Dr. Springer believes that continuing education is very important. Therefore, he spends many hours in advanced training every year. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, North Central Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Springer and his wife, Catie, have three children, Drew, Lauren, and Ellie. He enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers whenever they are playing.

With a heart for connection and a spirit of service, Paula Elliott is embracing a new chapter as she relocates to be closer to her husband’s family and become part of a vibrant, welcoming community. Guided by a strong sense of faith and purpose, she feels deeply called to this new season and the opportunities it brings. Originally from Chile and Ecuador, she carries with her a rich cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse communities, which naturally shapes the way she connects with others.

Paula earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville and has built a well-rounded career in general dentistry, providing thoughtful, patient-centered care in a variety of clinical settings. She has pursued additional training and certifications to expand her skills, and she approaches her work with humility and dedication, always learning, always refining, and always prioritizing the well-being and comfort of her patients. This commitment allows her to provide care that is both up-to-date and grounded in trust.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Paula enjoys connecting with diverse populations and making patients feel comfortable and understood. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has also been actively involved in research, leadership, and service. These experiences reflect her dedication not only to clinical excellence but also to improving access to care and supporting underserved communities.

Beyond dentistry, Paula values community, family, and lifelong learning. She approaches new environments with openness and enthusiasm, eager to lend a helping hand, share her knowledge, and continue growing both as a professional and as a neighbor.
